GB7FK - D Star Repeater, Folkestone, Kent, South East UK
GB7FK DSTAR Repeater Located in Capel Le Ferne, between Dover and Folkestone. The repeater is currently operational on 70cms - 439.600 -9.00 MHz and connected to the Worldwide K5TIT G2 DSTAR Network. DV Dongles are also supported on GB7FK, and Dongle users worldwide are welcome to call into GB7FK.
GB7DX in Ashford fits in nicely with GB7FK, extending the range up towards Leeds Castle, Jct 8 on the M20. You can get continueous coverage now on Digital Voice from just after Jct 8 all the way through Folkestone, Dover and out towards Ramsgate, where GB7FK joins up with GB7IC. GB7FK also includes the capability for users to link/unlink from the various worldwide Reflectors/Repeaters.
As you can see the South East corner of Kent is well covered for Digital Voice.
